Assistant Principal

Mrs. Pollard

Stacy Pollard, Assistant Principal of Kingston Elementary

My name is Stacy Pollard and I am from a suburb of Houston called Pearland, Texas. I joined Bossier Parish Schools in 1998 at Bellaire Elementary as a First Grade teacher.  In 2006, I left Bellaire Elementary and transferred to T.L. Rodes Elementary as an Academic Coach, which expanded my horizons as a life-long learner in an exponential way. When my term ended at Rodes, I served in this same coaching capacity at Sun City Elementary, Apollo Elementary, W.T. Lewis Elementary, Stockwell Elementary, and Legacy Elementary. When my time came to an end as an Academic Coach, I was selected to be the assistant principal of Waller Elementary where I proudly served for six years. This background informs and guides my leadership style as I view every student as valuable as my own children and grandchildren.

On a personal note, I am a wife and mother of two amazing grown children. Heather and Matt have two children who attend Bossier Schools named Aly and Edward. They enjoy spending time with GiGi making slime and throwing water balloons. Marc and Hailey have one son named Ezekiel. He lives with them in Florida and when he visits, he likes to help GiGi cook and climbs in and out of the dog door because he is not even two years old yet.

I am ecstatic over the journey here as a Kingston Cub and I look forward to meeting every member of the community. Please know that I will serve your precious children with  compassion, enthusiasm, and innovation each and every day. They are all worth it!
